(FBAE) is an organization that provides administrative services to government
agencies. FBAE's commitment to providing quality products to other government
agencies at the lowest cost while ensuring customer service has been the basis
for their success.
As a result, FBAE engaged in a strategic marketing effort to understand their
customers current and future needs, develop a stronger brand and market awareness
program, and increase the number of government agencies that are using their
fast and efficient procurement vehicle (task order) to get quality products
and services in a timely manner.
Select Marketing Services has developed and implemented a comprehensive image
enhancement and market awareness communications program on behalf of FBAE. Designed
specifically to build awareness and interest in FBAE's services which includes:
staffing services, copier management services, mail services, audit recovery,
employee assistance programs and copy services. The comprehensive program included
customer/employee/vendor surveys, competitive analysis, marketing plan development,
vendor communications, website development, database analysis and development,
and marketing material development.
