Technology Organization:
Branding, Internal/External Communications Program
Select Marketing Services developed a branding and internal/external
communications program for a highly respected technology organization that has
served the Federal government for over 40 years to implement a variety of technology
based solutions. They have experience in acquiring and fielding the most complex
systems in the world related to IT architectures, source selection, planning,
acquisition support, contractor oversight, enterprise planning, and strategic
program analysis. As the company's brand has evolved, changes in government
have created a need for reintroduction of the brand and supporting brand elements
to the marketplace. Additionally, SMS is developing a communications program
for all stakeholders in the organization, from the Board of Directors to the
Program Managers. This is an effort to align stakeholders with organizational
values and vision. In additional, it facilitates understanding and clarity of
mission throughout the organization. The external communications program will
ensure that the marketplace understands the breadth of technology services while
communicating specific qualifications in niche sectors.
