Earthday 2001 Event Marketing
Committed to energy conservation and recycling efforts, the U.S.
Department of State holds an annual event celebrating Earthday to provide awareness
and educational opportunities for its 8600 employees. Select Marketing Services,
in partnership with ABC Radio, will be conducting an integrated event based
program. The program will include up to thirty public and private organizations
interested in promoting their work and commitment to energy conservation and
recycling. The program includes a thirty-day on-air campaign, integrated with
Internet driven information. SMS and ABC Radio will coordinate and manage all
aspects of this trade show event. With over 2000 attendees to this one day event,
the U.S. Department of State established itself as one of the leading government
agencies for it's desire to care for our natural resources.
